What it does
RTO Desk covers the whole student lifecycle in one platform: course scheduling, a branded online booking site, card payments, attendance (including QR self-check-in), competency assessment, certificate issuing and AVETMISS/NCVER reporting, replacing the patchwork of booking plugins, payment tools and spreadsheets most RTOs stitch together.
Compliance is built into the core rather than bolted on: validated NAT files with USI checks, trainer currency tracking, assessment validation on the five-year cycle, complaints and appeals logging, and an audit-ready evidence library aligned to the 2025 RTO Standards.
Employers can book and pay for whole teams by invoice, and referral agents get shareable links with tracked commissions, giving RTOs an extra revenue channel without extra admin.
Every RTO gets its own branded booking site and student portal on its own web address, and pays per booking rather than a flat monthly fee. RTO Desk is built and supported by Synex Technology, which handles data migration and setup directly.
